Labor Day Dinner…Miso Scallops!

So simple, so good. Marinade sea scallops in…

• Miso Paste, about 2 table spoons
• Mirin, about 1/4 cup of
• Low Sodium Soy sauce, 2 tablespoons
• Garlic, about 3 cloves, finely minced & smashed
• Fresh ground ginger, about a teaspoon

Mix together well and marinade the scallops for at lease half an hour. Pan sear in a medium high cast iron skillet till well seared on both sides.

Served with an air fried sweet potato and steamed broccoli.
