Air-Fried Hamburger

While I’ve had my air fryer for almost 4 years now, I’ve never cooked a hamburger in it. Today’s the day!
I took a frozen 1/4 LB patty I created a couple weeks ago out of the freezer and let it de-thaw for about an hour. I seasoned it with salt and pepper and put it into the air fryer at 400° for eight minutes. Meanwhile I mixed some Duke’s Mayo with some Dijon mustard and some Worcestershire sauce. This would be my burger sauce.
At 8 minutes I flipped the burger and laid a slice of Black Forest Ham next to it, and cooked both 2 more minutes. I then put a slice of Cheddar cheese on the burger and put a sliced Bollilo (available at Food Lion) bun on the second rack and cooked everything for 1 more minute.
Construction: Bottom bun. Sauce. Burger. Ham. Pickle. Butter lettuce. More sauce. Top bun.
Fantastic burger! Served with watermelon cubes and Blood Orange Kombucha. If you’re making a single burger, this is absolutely the way to go!
