Air Fried Cajun Chicken Sandwich

So easy, so good. In a bowl (I like one with a tight fitting lid) add flour, Cajun seasoning (I used Tony’s), onion and garlic powder to taste, Spanish paprika and cayenne. Toss in 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs and toss till coated.

Air fry these at 370° for 15 minutes and turn. Air fry another 15 minutes. Before they are done, put some sourdough bread slices in a toaster. In the last minute, put on a slice of cheese. I like a medium cheddar.

Take the bread out of the oven and squirt on some Zaxby’s sauce. I love this stuff, even at 140 calories per tablespoon. You can find it in Food Lion, of course, by the condiments. Put on the piece of bread.

Yum! I served mine with a side salad.
