Colonial Beach is a unique place, not far from D.C. and still yet a small outpost that exists between a crazed hectic world and a laid back beach town. Positioned between the Potomac River and Monroe Bay, the peninsula is home to a fascinating cross culture of that spans between generations mixed in with newcomers (anyone here less than 50 years).
