Chipolte Coffee Wings!

I love having fun with wings, and every-so-often I come up with something that I have to write up.
In a large bowl, mix a quarter cup of flour (Almond, Chickpea are good too) with two tablespoons of fine ground coffee (I like Robusto expresso) and two tablespoons of Chipolte powder. Add Himalayan sea salt, fresh ground black pepper, garlic powder and onion powder to taste. Mix well.
Trim the wings, I buy mine pre-cut most of the time. Add to the mixture and toss till coated.
I put these in my air fryer rotisserie basket at 400° for 35 minutes. If you don’t have one, put on a rack, spray the top with olive oil and bake, flipping halfway through.
I served these with a Bolthouse Creamy Cesar dressing and my veggie-forward Cuban Black Beans.
