Spicy Heavy Cream Eggs

This is a GREAT way to start a day. Easy, yet packed with flavor.

Heat up a non-stick skillet for a couple minutes. Pour in 1/4 cup of heavy cream. Stir in 1 heaping tablespoon of Chili Crisps. Cook until it caramelizes, about 2minutes. Crack in 2 or 3 eggs. I crack them into a small bowl to keep shells out.

Sprinkle on some crushed red pepper flacks. Add some black pepper. Top with chopped parsley or chives. Cover and cook till the eggs are to your liking. I cooked mine for 2 minutes.

Splash on a little chili oil and serve. I served mine on top of a small pan seared ham steak.

ps. You can find Chili Crisps in the food lion to the left of the soy sauces. It’s a small jar on the top self, so it’s hard to see.
